How to order Ordering online at feni.gr is as easy as buying from a regular store. Select one of the categories and browse the product collection. You can use the filters above each category to limit the results to your preference. If you would like more information on a product you like, click on it, "more" to enter and read the detailed description and see additional photos. If you want to get the product, click on "Add to Cart" where a window appears showing the successful addition of the product to your cart. There you can complete your order or continue your shopping.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You do not have to create a personal account to order from our online store, you can make your purchases without creating an account. However, creating your own account gives you the ability to save personal details and shipping addresses so you don't have to write them down in every order, and use your history by going to the little icon by clicking, "My orders ”To see the history of your orders.

How do I create a personal account?

Can I cancel an order?

This depends on the status of your order. If your order has not yet been mailed, you can cancel it in whole or in part by phone or via mail. If your order has been mailed, you will need to return it to us. In any case, please contact us first, to guide you accordingly.

How do I use the Cart?

My Cart works the same way you would use your cart in a physical store. It contains all the products you have selected for purchase and is the last step before your purchase. Lets you track, add, or remove items.

How can I see the contents of my Cart?

To view the products in your Cart, click on the "Cart" at the top right of the page.

How do I add or remove products from my Cart?

To add a product to your cart, click on the "Add to Cart" button inside the product. To remove a product, click on the cart at the top right and click the "X" icon. To change the quantity of products, click on the cart at the top right on the page and select the number of pieces you want to order by selector under the product.

Where can I see the status of my order?

If you are a registered client, to view the status of your order, go to the person icon by clicking "my orders" and then "Details" and you can track the progress of your order until delivery.


The products are shipped within 1-10 business days after confirmation of payment. In the case of a special order or order related to a magnet, ie rings or bracelets, then the delivery time may be longer than 10 working days.

In this case, if you choose this form of payment, you will be immediately transferred to the secure platform of Piraeus Bank and will follow the steps.

After you complete your payment you will have to wait for us to return to our eshop automatically for your order to be completed correctly!


You have the right to return the received product within 7 calendar days and request that it be replaced with other jewelry.

Returns within Greece are made through Fis Courier, with costs charged to the customer.

The right to change product is valid once per order.

In cases of exceeding the 7 calendar day limit the refund will not be accepted.

If you wish to change the product, you send the product via FIS Courier at your own expense, stating that you wish to change the product. Within 7 calendar days of the return date you will need to place a new "EQUAL" order from our store and report that this is a change from your previous order. As soon as we receive the package and the necessary check is made we will proceed with the shipment of the new order, offsetting any financial difference.

Alternatively you can contact us by email, or by phone and we can exchange packages, with any money difference that may exist. The costs are charged to the customer.

Under no circumstances is refundable.

The requirements for a refund are

  • The product should be returned in perfect condition, without damage, (subject to return of defective product), complete and in its packaging with all its labels (eg stickers, brand marking etc.) and should be included in the package and proof of purchase. For hygienic reasons, no earrings are returned.
  • Until the product reaches us, it is your responsibility to ensure that it is safely transported so that it is not damaged and therefore unable to be returned.
